(ANGOLA) - Two untidy and rundown properties on Silver Lake will be reviewed by the Steuben County Commission after neighbors appealed for help at Monday's meeting. Jerry Guise, President of the Wildwood Homeowners Association, says both properties are strewn with garbage, have dogs locked in cages throughout the year and dogs tied to abandoned cars, and chickens are allowed to run around loose. Guise raised concerns about the same neighbors repeatedly burning trash in the open. The Steuben County Board of Health will follow up with an inspection at the end of November.
