
(HOWARD TOWNSHIP) – A Cass County man has been arrested following a drug investigation.
The Southwest Enforcement Team along with the Cass County Drug Enforcement Team and the Michigan State Police Canine Unit executed a search warrant at a house in the 1300 block of Zilke Road in Howard Township following a two month investigation.
The investigation started thanks to assistance from the United States Postal Inspector Service.
Officers found 315 meth pills, 150 grams of psilocin mushrooms and small quantities of MDMA, LSD and meth.
Arrested was 40 year old Brett Boone on three counts of possession with intent to deliver meth/ecstasy; one count of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and one count of maintaining a drug house.
He is being held in the Cass County Jail.
