(ANGOLA) - Century Bank and Trust of Michigan and Trine University have teamed up to offer bank employees and their spouses the opportunity to enroll in TrineOnline degree programs at a reduced tuition rate. If employees complete their degrees, their children can then receive the Legacy Award for tuition expenses if they enroll at Trine's Angola campus.
According to Trine University President Earl D. Brooks II, Ph.D., this collaboration expands the impact of both organizations. He believes that the university's career-focused programs will help bank employees improve their skills and better serve their clients. Mashaun Schabloski, assistant vice president for Century Bank and Trust, echoed this sentiment, stating that the partnership strengthens the bank's commitment to community development by offering educational opportunities that benefit employees and their families, and ultimately, build a stronger future for the communities they serve.
The partnership also gives Trine the ability to design custom programs to fit the bank's specific needs. Century Bank and Trust employees will have access to all the benefits of being a TrineOnline student, including free admission, free 24/7 online tutoring, and courses that include industry-recognized certificates. University staff will guide employees through the application and enrollment process, helping them with credit transfers and providing support to stay on track for graduation.
