(WAYNE TOWNSHIP) – Three people were injured over the weekend in a one vehicle crash.
The Cass County Sheriff’s Office says at 11 PM Saturday, deputies were called out to a crash in Wayne Township. They determined that 20 year old Ethan Foster of Dowagiac was driving north on Ruby Road, south of Gage Road.
Foster lost control of his vehicle, going off the road to the right, into an embankment and striking a tree.
Foster and his passengers, 18 year old Jaden West of Dowagiac, along with a juvenile, were all able to get out of the vehicle on their own. They were taken to South Bend Memorial Hospital to be treated for the injuries they received in the crash.
All three were wearing their seatbelts at the time of the crash.
The Dowagiac Fire Department and the SMCAS Ambulance Service assisted at the scene.
