(STURGIS) – If you go to the Sturgis Bark Park on West Main Street, you’re going to see some new benches.

The City of Sturgis says seven new benches have been put at the park, thanks to a generous donation from Tim Lang, who contacted the City, looking for a way to help honor the memory of his parents.

The seven new benches each have a plaque that reads “In Loving Memory of Pat and Dan Lang”.

The sponsors of the original park benches remain recognized on a new sign at the park.
