(CENTREVILLE) – Authorities were able to locate a runaway juvenile.
St. Joseph County Sheriff Mark Lillywhite says his office was contacted Wednesday around 3 PM about a runaway juvenile from Centreville High School. Deputies arrived and called for assistance from the Three Rivers Police and their K-9 Officer Jake.
Police tracked the juvenile to a densely wooded area. The juvenile was removed and treated for injuries, then returned to their parents custody.
