(THREE RIVERS) - A pharmacy with locations in two Southwest Michigan communities has closed both stores.
Fred's Pharmacy, with locations in both Three Rivers and Vicksburg, closed the stores earlier this week. The closings were unexpected and without any warning or notice to their customers.
Fred's in Three Rivers opened in 1985 and was next to the Harding's store that also recently closed. A sign placed at the Three Rivers facility said the their customers prescriptions had been moved to the Walgreens in Three Rivers. A similar sign had been place at the Vicksburg story saying their customers' prescriptions were now at a Walgreen store in Portage.
