(LAGRANGE) - The LaGrange Town Council will hold a public hearing to discuss a possible rate increase for wastewater services.
Monday night, the Town Council voted to hold the public hearing during their September 21 meeting.
If the rate increase is approved a tentative effective date would be November 1. That would give Town officials time to update the billing system and verify that the calculations are going to be correct.
The first increased bill would arrive in late December and be due January 10.
