(CONSTANTINE) - Constantine Schools Superintendent Patrick Breen received an "Effective" rating on his annual performance evaluation.
This is the highest rating available under the State's evaluation system.
In a media release, the Constantine Board of Education said they recognized several areas of strength in Breen's leadership. They noted the stability he continues to bring to the district, his unwavering student-first approach to decision-making and his growth in key areas of district leadership.
The Board of Education also highlighted Breen's continued efforts to strengthen relationships with staff, families and the broader community. They says Breen's collaborative work with building-level administrators has fostered a strong, unified leadership team focused on supporting student success and advancing district goals.
The Board says they look forward to continuing to work alongside Breen as the district builds on its successes and pursues new opportunities for growth and achievement.
