(LAGRANGE) - The LaGrange Town Council is considering an amendment to their bulk water rates.
During a recent meeting Attorney Reagan Penick explained that the ordinance allows for an administrative fee of $35, which includes the applicable hourly labor rate of the Water Department for time expended, shall be calculated monthly for each bulk water account to compensate for the Town for administrative processing and billing services. Penick says bulk water shall be charged, per fill, at the inside town users one and one-quarter inch meter size rate and one an a half inch meter size rate.
The Town Council will hold a public hearing on the proposed ordinance during a future meeting.
