Sturgis boys golf team golf in two Wolverine Jamborees

(UNDATED) - The Sturgis boys golf team participated in two Wolverine Conference Jamborees on Monday. First at the Niles Jamboree, the Trojans finished seventh with a score of 180. Leading Sturgis was Easton Barkby with a score of 43, which ties his career best. Gavin Lewis shot a 44 and Cooper Barkby had a 46. Then at the Edwardsburg Jamboree, Sturgis finished sixth with a score of 169. Owen Frost had a career best round of 40 to lead the Trojans. Cooper Barkby had a career best 41 including his first birdie of the year. Gavin Lewis carded a 43 and got his second birdie of the year.
