(THREE RIVERS) - The Sturgis boys basketball team made the trip to Three Rivers and beat the host Wildcats 62-40 in Wolverine Conference action. Gavin Lewis led the Trojans and all scorers with 18 points and 12 rebounds. Wyatt Miller added 16 points and Simon Phillips had 11 points in the win. Three Rivers was led by Mason Awe with 13 points. Daron Fuller, Elijah Craig and Austin Michelin each had 5 points. Sturgis improves to 5-6 overall and 2-5 in the Wolverine Conference. Three Rivers is 1-10 and 0-7 in the conference.
