Coldwater softball team sweeps DH with Pennfield
(PENNFIELD TOWNSHIP) – Coldwater swept their Interstate 8 softball doubleheader with host B.C. Pennfield 19-0 in three innings in game one and then 19-2 in four innings in game two. Audi Bucklin three a one hit shut out in game one with 8 strikeouts and no walks. Mackenzie Searing got the win in game two allowing one hit and one run. Rylie VanAken had 7 hits on the day and drove in 3 runs. Vandria Bucklin had 5 RBI as Coldwater is now 6-2 and 2-2 in the Interstate 8.
