Colon girls drop game to Climax-Scotts 52-35
(CLIMAX) – The Colon girls basketball team dropped a road, SCAA game to Climax-Scotts 52-35. Coach Beth Preston says her Lady Magi struggled with the Climax-Scotts press in the first half but did better after the break and made a run, but it wasn’t enough. Raegan Thaxton had 12 points and 10 rebounds for Colon. Allison Vinson added 11 points and Savannah Meyers had 7 points. Colon is now 4-11 and 1-8 in the SCAA.
