Kayden Cole ties record as Burr Oak boys beat Athens 73-43
(BURR OAK) – The Burr Oak boys basketball team notched a win over visiting Athens 73-43 in SCAA play. Kayden Cole led the way for the Bobcats with 33 points, including 9 three pointers. That ties the school record for most three pointers in a single, previously held by Travis Haney, who set it in 1993. Cole also had 6 assists, 5 steals and 2 rebounds. Kaynen Ledyard had 14 points, 5 rebounds and 3 assists. Braxton Boyles added 9 points and 10 rebounds. Burr Oak is now 10-6 overall and 8-4 in the SCAA.
