(GOSHEN) – A Three Rivers man was involved in a two vehicle crash Tuesday night that sent a Goshen woman to the Hospital.
The Elkhart County Sheriff's Department says the crash happened at 9 PM at the intersection of County Roads 44 and 37. 21 year old Kiana Santos was westbound on County Road 44 when she was struck by an SUV driven by 19 year old Ryan Mills of Three Rivers, which was heading north on County Road 37. Mills failed to stop for the stop sign.
Santos was treated at Goshen Hospital for neck and leg pain.
Deputies ticketed Mills for disregarding a stop sign.
