(CENTREVILLE) – A special recognition has been given by Glen Oaks Community College.

The school has given Nancy Percival the 2025 Fellows Award. This recognizes individuals or institutions that provide outstanding support to Glen Oaks Community College.

Percival, a dedicated advocate for education and workforce development, has served for over a decade at Glen Oaks, including 12 years on the Board of Trustees. She began her involvement in the 1980s as a Job Training Partnership Act (JTPA) Coordinator and has been active on various local boards, including the Colon School Board.

Percival holds degrees from Michigan State University and Western Michigan University. Her leadership and commitment to the college make her a deserving recipient of the GOCC Fellows Award, inspiring the community to value the role of community colleges in fostering a brighter future.
