Marvin told the Commissioners that this problem goes back several years and he is working with County leadership to find a solution.
Tuesday during the Commission’s regular meeting, former Assistant Prosecutor Debbie Davis says the problem in the office is because of the man leading the department. LINKC.

Davis told the Commission she disputes why she was terminated from the Prosecutor’s Office and that she is running to be Prosecutor.
Davis was fired by Marvin after his investigation alleges she lied or made misleading statements to a judge at least eight times.
