(THREE RIVERS) – SEMCO Energy officials say crews are continuing to make progress restoring natural gas service to customers.
On Thursday, crews restored service to over half of the 400 customers in the Fisher Lake area that had been affected by damage done by a third party to an underground facility.
SEMCO officials say their employees will need access to each home and business in order to re-establish service and ensure all the natural gas equipment is operating properly.
If affected customers were not available Thursday when SEMCO personnel attempted to re-establish service, they are asked to contact SEMCO at 1-800-624-2019 to arrange a time for service restoration.
SEMCO says they appreciate their customer’s patience during this service interruption.
