(STURGIS) – The Sturgis boys track team started the 2023 season with a home triangular match, beating Niles 94-38, but losing to Otsego 82.5-54.5. Brock Fergison had 4 first place finishes on the night: winning the 400 meters and the high jump and also being part of the winning 400 meter relay and 1600 meter relay teams. Rasean O’Tey took first in the 100 meters and was also part of the 400 meter and 800 meter relay teams. Ruben Medina won the 800 meters and was also n the winning 1600 meter relay team. Brandin Kelley was also on the winning 400 meter relay team and 800 meter relay team.
