COLDWATER, MI - Local leaders who our a part of helping the homeless are putting themselves in the shoes of those they help to create an awareness about the reality of homelessness.

The Branch County Coalition Against Domestic and Sexual Violence will putting the focus on the areas homeless Sunday night.

“One Night without a Home” will be held outside of the Hope Cafe at 49 West Chicago in Coldwater.

Members of local shelters programs will sleep in cardboard boxes from 7 PM until 7 AM. They hope to help bring awareness around the issue of being homeless in the area.
