(WOLCOTTVILLE) – A boil water advisory is still in effect for the Town of Wolcottville.
Town officials and the LaGrange County Sheriff's Office originally reported the advisory Friday afternoon for the area of Vine and Railroad Streets due to a water main break. The advisory was then extended to the whole town of Wolcottville while the break was being repaired.
Early Saturday morning, town officials announced that the repairs were done and water had been restored to the line. The boil water advisory is still in effect until the water can be tested and the results say the water is safe to use without being boiled.
