(UNDATED) – Both drivers were injured in a two vehicle accident late Friday morning.
The Elkhart County Sheriff's Office says 24 year old Kaitlin Geil of New Paris was driving north on County Road 17 at 11:45 AM. Geil approached the intersection of County Road 38 and had the green light, and entered the intersection.
73 year old Rosemary Kuhlenschmidt of Goshen was traveling south on County Road 17 and turned into the path of Geil at the intersection and the vehicles collided.
Kuhlenschmidt was taken to Goshen Hospital with pain to the shoulder. Geil was also taken to Goshen Hospital with pain to her ankle.
