Area girls track teams do well at Centreville Regional

(CENTREVILLE) – The host Centreville girls track team finished second at their Division 3 Regional meet. Bronson was third, Constantine fourth and Schoolcraft was ninth. Centreville's Danielle Stauffer was third in the 200 meters, fifth in the 400 meters and fourth in the long jump. Gabriella Schlabach was fifth in the 1600 meters and third in the 3200 meters. Centreville was second in the 800 meter relay. Bronson's Jenna Salek was Regional champion in the 200 meters and the 400 meters. Teammate Madelyn Thompson was Regional champion in the discus and third in the shot put. Xochitl Garcia took third in the 1600 meters and the 3200 meters. Hannah Outlaw of Constantine was second in the 100 meter hurdles and fourth in the 300 meter hurdles. Teammate Cassic McNamara was third in the 300 meter hurdles and Leah Dumm was second in the pole vault.
