(ESCANABA) – Three Rivers traveled to the U.P. for the Escanaba Tournament, and won the event by going 3-0. The Lady Wildcats beat Bark River-Harris 27-0 in 3 innings, then host Escanaba 5-4 and then Negaunee 7-1. Jennaya Decker was the winning pitcher in games two and three, giving up 6 hits and striking out 13 batters. Decker also hit a home run and had 4 RBI. Ava Forman hit two homers and drove in 8 runs, while Payton Ware and Dani Glass each had 4 RBI. Kendall Penny had a homer and 4 RBI. Three Rivers is now 17-5 on the season.
