Burr Oak opens season with 48-35 win over Climax-Scotts
(BUR OAK) – Burr Oak jumped out to an 11-4 lead after the first quarter and went on to beat visiting Climax-Scotts 48-35 in their home and season opener. Head coach Ryan VanDosen says this was a great team win to begin the season. Braxton Boyles led the way for the Bobcats with 14 points and 19 rebounds. Garrett Johnson added 14 points, 7 rebounds and 2 assists. Austin Colo had 10 points, 6 rebounds and 6 steals. Ethan Boyles had 8 points, 9 rebounds and 2 assists.
