(GOBLES) – Mendon’s girls track team took third place at the Division 4 Regional meet at Gobles. Presley Allen was Regional Champ in the 1600 meters and came in second in the 3200 meters, advancing to the State Finals in both events. Gracie Schultz won the 100 meter hurdles while teammate Jada King was second. Both head to the State Finals. Keyara Szymanski was Regional Champion in the shot put and finished second in the discus, and will head to the State Finals in both events. The Mendon boys finished seventh on the day. Jack McCaw was fourth in the long jump and will move on to the State Finals in Division 4.
