Three Rivers gets overtime win over Charlotte 33-32
(CHARLOTTE) – Three Rivers won their season opening football game, beating host Charlotte 33-32 in overtime. Charlotte scored first in the overtime stanza, but did not get the two point conversion. Three Rivers scored as Mason Awe got in from a yard out and then Daniel Beachey kicked the extra points. Ethan Moreland had 24 carries for 144 yards and 3 touchdowns for the Wildcats.
