(WEBBERVILLE) – Some area girls track teams competed at the Division 4 Regional meet at Webberville. Athens was first, Mendon fifth, White Pigeon sixth, Colon seventh and Litchfield tenth. Mendon's Izzy Smith was Regional champion in the 200 meters. Alivia Stuart was second in the pole vault and third in the 100 meters. Claycee West of White Pigeon was Regional champ in the 400 meters and fifth in the 200 meters. Teammate Melissa Hayden was Regional champion in the shot put. Colon's Kyleigh Sweet was sixth in the 100 meter hurdles and fourth in the 300 meter hurdles. Colon was fourth in the 400 meter relay and the 1600 meter relay.
