(WHITE PIGEON) – A solid ground game and hard hitting defense dominated the Southwest 10 contest between Centreville and host White Pigeon. And when the dust settled, it was the No. 6 ranked Chiefs getting a 14-8 win over the Bulldogs. White Pigeon rushed for 200 yards and Centreville for 151 yards. Stone Kemp rushed for 69 yards on 13 carries and a touchdown to give White Pigeon and early lead in the game. Collin Mayville led the Chiefs defense with 7 tackles. Dominick Pant had 5 tackles and Rubio had 4 tackles. Hunter Hutchinson led the Bulldogs with 16 carries, 68 yards and the team's lone touchdown. Ben Yoder added 9 carries for 52 yards and Sam Todd had 4 carries for 12 yards. White Pigeon is now 4-0 overall and 3-0 in the Southwest 10, while Centreville is 2-2 overall and in the conference.
