(ELKHART) – A Topeka, Indiana man received minor injuries in a two vehicle collision.
The Elkhart County Sheriff's Office say 43 year old Ricardo Canedo of Wolcottville was driving south on State Road 13, north of State Road 120, just before 11 AM Tuesday. The vehicle in front of him stopped abruptly and Canedo drove onto the west shoulder of the road to avoid a collision with that vehicle. However, Canedo was rear ended by another vehicle, driven by 45 year old Quincy Miller of Topeka.
Miller was taken to Elkhart General Hospital to be treated for a minor cut to his right hand.
