(CENTREVILLLE) – St. Joseph County high school students along with members of the community will have the chance to learn more about taking college
classes.
Glen Oaks Community College will be hosting the 2021 St. Joseph County College Fair on Tuesday October 19. The event will run from 9 AM until 11:30 AM on the Ken Schuler Court.
Schools in St. Joseph County will bus upper level students to the event where they will be able to talk with admission representatives to learn about programs and student life at their institutions.
Sarah Kohler, Glen Oaks' Director Of Admissions says this event provides students a great opportunity to explore the options at different colleges and universities. She says the event is nice because you have these college representatives in one place, and it's a short drive to Glen Oaks.
Representatives from the U.S. military branches and technical schools will also be at the event
In addition, Kohler says the College Fair is also open to adults wanting to start classes to expand their knowledge or get some new training
This is a free event. If you have any questions, you can call the Glen Oaks Office Of Admissions at 269-294-4253.
