(STURGIS) – A site plan has been approved for the former Sturgis Bowl building.
Tuesday night, the Sturgis Planning Commission was presented with the proposed site plan by Rachel Miller of Sturgis Retail Management LLC, who explained what they want to do with the property at 1101 South Centreville Road, and what one of the buildings would be. LINKC.

The plan calls for the Sturgis Bowl building to be knocked down and the three new buildings constructed on the site.
The Planning Commission unanimously approved the site plan. Sturgis Retail Management LLC can move forward with submitting drawings to the City. Fleis and VandenBrink Engineering is helping with the project.
Miller didn't say what kind of a time line they would be on to get the project completed.
