(INDIANAPOLIS) – Just like many other states, Indiana is closing down their schools for the rest of the 2019-2020 school year.

Thursday afternoon. Dr. Jennifer McCormick, Indiana's Director of Public Instruction made the announcement during a press conference in Indianapolis. LINKC.

McCormick says they are looking at the amount of instructional days that will be required for schools with this announcement. LINKD.

McCormick says that seniors will be able to graduate like they would if the schools hadn't been closed down.
