(LAGRANGE) - A White Pigeon man was sentenced Monday in LaGrange County Circuit Court for sexual misconduct with a minor.
Judge William Walz sentenced 20 year old Jose Louis Ledesma to three years in prison, suspended 2 years of the sentence, and placed Ledesma on probation for 2 years.
Last month Ledesma agreed to plead guilty to one count of sexual misconduct with a minor in exchange for a second count being dismissed.
The charges were brought against Ledesma last November for incidents that allegedly took place last August and September.
